The data collected through this system may include names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, contact numbers when necessary, academic identifiers such as ORCID iD, user roles within the system, manuscript metadata, submission history, editorial correspondence, peer review activities, and technical information required to maintain the security and continuity of the OJS platform.

By registering, submitting a manuscript, serving as an editor, reviewer, author, reader, or other registered user of this portal, users acknowledge and agree that the data they provide may be processed by journal managers and system administrators as necessary for academic, editorial, publication, communication, quality assurance, and journal management purposes.

LPPM Universitas Pignatelli Triputra is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of user data in accordance with the value of Integrity & Ethics. Personal data will not be sold, rented, or used for commercial purposes beyond the scope of scholarly journal management. Manuscripts that are still undergoing editorial assessment or peer review are treated as confidential academic documents. The identities of reviewers, editors, and authors are managed in accordance with the peer review policy of each journal. Information such as author names, affiliations, abstracts, keywords, references, and metadata of published articles may be displayed publicly as part of scholarly communication and knowledge dissemination practices.

Published article data constitute part of the academic record and scholarly archive. Therefore, any request for modification, correction, access restriction, or deletion of data will be considered by taking into account publication ethics, the integrity of scholarly records, journal policies, system security, and applicable legal provisions.
